I've been back in the game for several years now and dragon shield has always been pretty bad quality control. I've gotten so many bad sleeves from them I never assume I'll get a full 100 from a box. And as for being "the best" with qc, I've never had a bad ultra Pro sleeve so I'd argue that.

Ultra pro eclipse specifically is the top tier of sleeves. I've had sleeves last for 5 years with frequent use. Dragon shield are sturdy but the corners are so sharp they have literally cut me multiple times and they make the cards harder to shuffle. Will literally never buy any other kind of sleeve.
