It is not meant for traditional shotgun sports, but for close-range shooting and plinking.So far, the SRM is 100% reliable. My friend bought one when they were new, and one of his mag tubes needs a slight jiggle to drop the shells. The rotating tube takes a little getting used to, but it's fast. And the replaceable mag is a plus. It's also not clunky like the Tavor. The KSG is very light- or mine is. I kept it simple.Now I have a sweet ks7 with 18.5 inch barrel and a 26 inch barrel. Dam this is going to be fun. Here it is below next to my mossberg 500. The 500 shown has a shorter stock to give 13.5 inch length of pull. You pretty much pry off your old one and push in this one and you're good to go (though the instructions suggest unscrewing the retaining frame).

The safety was on and pointed in a safe direction, but in my attempts to be overly cautious, I induced a malfunction. Was more concerned about an ND, than properly racking the gun. I think the KS7 requires you to "smartly" rack the pump.
