I have a LTX1042, 13AX91AR010. The deck belt is three-years old and stretched so that it wouldn't engage. I bought the replacement belt - a MTD 954-04207 - same number that is listed as the replacement on the tractor decal. The new belt is about 6" shorter. When I put it on, the last step is to slip it over the PTO pulley.
