Organic is great when you have small features that need a bit of support, particularly as organic supports can reach over lower layers. I use it a lot for minis and similar. Snug is better for parts that need large support areas, I use it mostly on functional parts I can't make any other way. Now use a prusa mini with Prusa Slicer, and noticed the supports do stick harder than when sliced using Cura. Haven't tried Cura with the Mini yet and use the Prusa Slicer becuase I've heard it prints better with Prusa printers than Cura.

And, remember this is a Prusa software set. What you and I think is 45 degrees, Prusa thinks is 90 degrees. So the range you can adjust in the setting is o (automatic) to 180 (perpendicular to the bed). Where 90 provides supports for a 45 degree angle the rest of us see.
