Be sure you hot a clean air filter, and fuel filter. After that if you don't find anything I would move to the injection area. Maybe have you injectors checked.It does'nt make sense that the nox sensor would create such havoc, but it did.. So those of you Duaramax owners that have the vibration like your drive shaft or tires are out balance change the Nox sensor by the turbo.. Problem solved.. Good luck.. 2017 3500 hd L5P. 77cruiser.
