I’ve had very few issues and when I have, they have pretty good customer service. Also can cancel your reservation right up until the parking time starts, which is convenient in case you find own/better parking.

SpotHero is a scam. Just pay for a regular parking spot. The spot they reserved for me was incredibly difficult to find and when I finally did find it there was another car parked there.
