I accidentally got into a broken nechramech earlier on the Neptune one. That's odd, two Orphix missions in a row haven't spawned necramechs for me, perhaps it's a percentage thing. I would guess it is more bugframe than anything else. I had missions were they did spawn, I had missions where they didn't. Same for me.
